Graham Hall- Managing Director
A fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Graham has over 30 years experience in the property sector and offers specialist advice on: commercial property agency; rent reviews; lease renewals; landlord/tenant matters; property management; dilapidations and development appraisal.

 

A founding member of Bradley Hall, Graham is one of the region’s leading commercial property professionals with valuable and extensive knowledge on the sector and offers a first-class service that has been acknowledged by clients.

 

Over the last 20 years Graham, along with his colleagues, has developed Bradley Hall into one of the region’s leading chartered surveying practices and property agency.

 

Peter Bartley- Director
Peter joined Bradley Hall 20 years ago and has headed up the practice’s Durham city office since he became a full partner.

 

Peter is an expert in handling high value, luxury residential property matters and provides consultancy on a number of key residential transactions throughout Durham.

 

Peter also provides professional advice on commercial land transactions across the North East as well as carrying out valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals. In addition, Peter provides valuable advice to a range of clients relating to the acquisition and disposal of retail properties.

 

Since the expansion of the practice in 2007 and the conversion of the practice from a partnership to a Limited Company, Peter has continued in his role as a main board director with his fellow directors Graham Hall and Neil Hart.

 

Neil Hart- Director
Neil has a strong background and experience in the full range of residential and commercial property surveying services and has been responsible for an extensive range of commercial properties for a large client base in Newcastle.

 

A highly motivated and experienced chartered surveyor Neil specialises mainly in commercial agency and is well placed to advise on almost all aspects of the management of such property, over and above the standard sale and letting role.

 

Neil headed up the team responsible for the successful launch of Bradley Hall’s Gosforth office in 2005 and most recently Grey Street in 2011.

Since becoming a main board director at Bradley Hall, Neil has built up a strong reputation as one of Newcastle’s most dynamic chartered surveyors and has developed excellent relationships with clients by delivering a first class service.

 

James Angus – Head of Residential
James Angus was appointed to further strengthen the company’s expanding residential property team and is based in Gosforth.

 

Since James’ appointment Bradley Hall’s Gosforth office is earning well in excess of targets in terms of sales and fees. James brings over 20 years of experience specialising in residential properties throughout the North East but with a specialist knowledge of Gosforth, Jesmond and Executive Homes.

 

Educated in Edinburgh, James returned to his native where he joined Groves Residential and became managing director. James helped build a multi disciplinary estate agency with three regional offices.
