Planning Appeals
Planning Appeals can be progressed if you disagree with the decision of a Local Planning Authority to refuse planning permission, or if an application has been approved with conditions that you feel may be unreasonable and unrealistic.
Bradley Hall’s planning team has the experience and the capabilities to take on all forms of planning appeals, including appeals against non-determination where a Local Authority has failed to determine an application within statutory time limits, with a proven track record of success in having planning decisions reversed.
