Q. Which personality traits make a good team member at Bradley Hall?
A. Sophie Swift, PR & Marketing Executive: “I think a couple of character traits that work really well with Bradley Hall as a company are being self-sufficient, and being able to cover your own work load but also being a really good team player.”
A. Laura Walker, Head of Property Management: “You’ve definitely got to have a good personality, you’ve got to be up for a bit of fun and be able to really delve in and make good core friendships. Some of the people that I work with are now some of the people that I probably couldn’t live without because we have been through so much in the past 5-10 years together.
“I think you need to be really open to learn, you’ve got to be ambitious and want to achieve, and have the same kind of goals that the rest of the team do.”
