A leading Northern property firm has announced a series of promotions and appointments to support the firm’s continued growth. The firm, which was founded over 35 years ago, has recruited new members of staff across the network, and promoted two members of staff to Associate Director, in line with its five year growth plan.
Callum Armstrong and Tamsin Swann have both been promoted to Associate Director, working within Land and Development and Property Management respectively.
Neil Hart, Chief Executive, commented on their promotions: “I am really pleased to promote Callum and Tamsin to Associate Directors.
“Callum joined us on his placement year and has risen through the ranks to lead a fantastic team of Commercial and Land Surveyors. He is great at Business Development and has made many meaningful connections with clients across the North East and deserves to take the next step.
“Tamsin is one of the most consistent members of our team and has taken on additional responsibilities within our Property Management team. She is a really hard worker and focuses on keeping her team and clients happy.”
Across Bradley Hall’s nine branches, seven appointments have been made in a variety of roles to support the expansion and growth of the business, with staff numbers now over 60. Over recent weeks, Will Reavely, Aaron Sharma, Mahir Mazhar, Liam Robson, Camille Le Menn, Harry Martin and Phil Bartleet have all joined the firm. They have been welcomed by the team, as well as by recent new starters who joined the firm in July, including Shryea Saggar, Mae Gordon, Abigail Stewart and Harry Towers.

Will Reavely, a North East native, has joined the Commercial Agency team following four years working at Network Rail in London. He will support clients across the North East to facilitate the purchase, sales and leases of a range of commercial sites, including warehouses, factories and office space.
Commenting on his new role, Will said: “I have been excited to join Bradley Hall for a while and it has certainly lived up to expectations. Everyone has been very welcoming, and the team are great. I am very excited to get more involved in the following weeks.”
Following a period of work experience, Mahir Mazhar has formally joined the Bradley Hall Alnwick office as a Graduate Surveyor, supporting the team and clients across North Northumberland and Cumbria. He said: “I've really enjoyed my first week at Bradley Hall and I feel like I've learnt a lot in such a short period of time.
“Working in Alnwick has been an eye opener for me, and I can't wait to get the chance to see more of the high value properties that the Alnwick branch deals with. I think I've settled in well and all the team at the Alnwick branch have made the past week a pleasure.”
The Property Management team, which oversees residential and commercial management in the region, has welcomed Liam Robson and Camille Le Menn as they grow their offering in the North East. The team, which offers end-to-end management packages, work with local authorities, private landlords and commercial groups to oversee maintenance and repairs, rent collection and the sourcing of new, approved tenants.
Harry Martin joins the Building Surveying team to support James Thompson and Alastair Adams in providing level two and three home surveys, as well as Party Wall Agreements and Drone Surveys.
Further afield, Phil Bartleet has begun work as a Valuer across Birmingham and the West Midlands, cementing Bradley Hall’s growth plans in major UK cities. Aaron Sharma joins the team in Leeds to support their Commercial and Valuation work for clients across Yorkshire and Lancashire.
