Northern property firm, Bradley Hall, has welcomed three new team members to bolster its growing commercial agency team.
Harry Towers, Euan Smart and Mae Gordon have joined the firm’s commercial team in recent weeks as part of the business’ growth strategy, servicing increased demand for commercial property.
Richard Rafique, Director of Commercial at Bradley Hall said: “It has been a pleasure to welcome our three new team members over the last few weeks.
“We have seen an increase in clients requesting commercial sites and plots of land for development and it is vital that our team can meet those demands. Harry, Euan and Mae have hit the ground running in their first few weeks and I look forward to seeing their progress.”
Harry Towers, a Chartered Surveyor, joined from a national agency and brings with him a wealth of knowledge.
Harry commented on his new role: “I have really enjoyed my first few weeks at Bradley Hall. I have met with some clients and have been impressed by the quality and variation of agency instructions. Bradley Hall holds such a strong market presence as well as community presence. I have recently visited Lord Lawson Academy to speak to A Level students about employability skills as they look towards their next steps after school. This was really rewarding community engagement, which as a local business is important to us.
“The team have been incredibly welcoming, and I am looking forward to settling into my new role.”
Callum Armstrong, Senior Chartered Surveyor, oversees the Commercial and Land teams in the Newcastle office and commented on the new appointments: “Our recent additions to the team have settled in well and have been making great first impressions.
“The team’s expansion reflects our high demand from clients across the region and they have all got stuck into the fast-paced and exciting markets we work in.
“I am looking forward to supporting their development further as the weeks progress.”
Euan Smart and Mae Gordon both join the firm on their placement year as they undertake a degree in Real Estate at Northumbria University. Bradley Hall welcomes multiple placement students each year, many of whom continue with the company after they have graduated. Neil Hart, Chief Executive of Bradley Hall, began his career as a placement student before rising through the ranks to become CEO and is keen to encourage others to do the same.
The team, which now numbers ten members of staff, facilitate the sales and leases of warehouses, office spaces, development projects, retail units and leisure units at sites across the North of England.
