At Bradley Hall we are proud of the people that make up our team, and know that each of our experts is as individual as the areas of property they work in. We are excited to share an insight into what makes Bradley Hall tick with our new meet the team series.
Next in our series is someone who has been with us since they were 16. Introducing: Lauren Gill, Senior Property Executive
1. How has your career developed with Bradley Hall?
I started at 16 as a Business Admin Apprentice and after a year I then went into residential sales. From there, I progressed from Assistant Property Executive, to Property Executive, and then onto my current title of Senior Property Executive.
2. What does it take to make a good property executive?
You need to be a good negotiator, and have good people and organisational skills. Speaking to clients and potential clients daily is something the requires a lot of confidence, so I’d say having confidence is important too.
3. What’s a common myth about residential agency?
That selling houses is easy and that is far from the truth there is a lot of moving parts to make the sale goes as smoothly as possible.
4. Who or where do you draw professional inspiration from?
I take inspiration from what I have achieved so far, and I can’t wait to see how things progress over the next few months and years to see what else I can achieve.
5. What advice would you give to your younger self?
Learn how to parallel park so you don’t fail your driving test!
