Leading property firm, Bradley Hall, has announced a series of appointments and promotions at its Leeds branch.
Based in the heart of the city, Bradley Hall’s Yorkshire arm supports a range of commercial clients from landlords and property developers to housebuilders and student lettings companies.
Aaron Sharma and Alice Fan have been appointed to the business, and Paul Dodds has been promoted to Associate Director, as the firm looks to bolster growth across its regional offices.

The firm has expanded rapidly since the branch opened in 2022 and has now appointed two new team members to support the growth of the firm.
Aaron Sharma and Alice Fan have recently joined the firm as Graduate Surveyor and Valuation Co-ordinator respectively.
Aaron hails from Leeds and recently completed a BSc in Economics at the University of Surrey before returning to his hometown.
Aaron commented on his appointment: “I have had a great first few weeks at Bradley Hall and have hit the ground running meeting clients and visiting properties across the North and West of Yorkshire.
“The team have been very welcoming, and I look forward to developing my skills further over the next few months.”
Alice joins the firm to support the growing Valuations team, who provide reports on a range of commercial properties across Yorkshire and Lancashire.
Paul Dodds has also been promoted to Associate Director, following his initial appointment as a Senior Valuation Surveyor in September 2023.
